Procurement Analyst - RBU

Role PurposeProvide procurement analytics, category intelligence, bid analysis, reporting and savings tracking to support data-led decision-making across the QMM procurement program.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop procurement dashboards, trackers, executive reports and KPI summariesAnalyze supplier pricing, bid returns, category benchmarks and market trendsPrepare commercial comparison tables, savings calculations and scenario analysesMaintain supplier databases, procurement schedules and category pipeline dataSupport governance reporting at key milestonesMonitor savings realization, procurement progress and risk indicatorsRequirementsMinimum Requirements3-7 years experience in procurement analysis, commercial analysis, cost analysis or business reportingAdvanced Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsBachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scopeExperience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environmentsStrong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement recordsExperience producing commercial comparison tables, savings calculations, tender evaluation analyses, procurement dashboards, and governance reportsExperience supporting procurement for construction packages, engineering services, materials, fit-out, or infrastructure-related scopesExperience working with project teams, commercial teams, finance teams, senior management, and external suppliers
