Today, the company continues to expand its portfolio of services, offering mobility and related solutions across Saudi Arabia, including the Riyadh Region.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in the Riyadh Region. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products and services to individual and corporate clients, focusing on solutions that meet their mobility and financial protection needs. Daily tasks include identifying prospective customers, explaining coverage options, preparing quotations, and processing policy applications and renewals. The role involves ongoing customer support, handling inquiries and claims guidance, and maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure efficient service delivery and contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.Qualifications Strong insurance sales and service skills, including experience in Insurance Sales and general Insurance products.Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage practices and the ability to compare and recommend suitable coverage options.Basic to intermediate understanding of Finance, including premiums, deductibles, and policy terms.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.Relevant experience in the insurance, financial services, or automotive sector is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in using office software and CRM or policy management systems; familiarity with local insurance regulations is an advantage.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred; professional insurance certifications are a plus.
