We're hiring: Procurement Associate 🍦Amadora makes small-batch ice cream in Chennai — real ingredients, no shortcuts. Behind every scoop is a supply chain of dairy, fruit, chocolate, cones, and packaging that has to show up fresh, on time, every single day. That's where you come in.What you'll doYou'll own the buying that keeps our kitchen and stores running: sourcing ingredients and packaging, managing vendor relationships, negotiating prices, raising POs, tracking deliveries, and keeping stock levels healthy across our stores. You'll work closely with our kitchen and operations teams, spot supply issues before they become problems, and hunt for better quality at better prices.Who we're looking for1–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain — F&B or FMCG experience is a big plusComfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and keeping clean recordsA negotiator who builds vendor relationships, not just squeezes themOrganised, detail-obsessed, and happy in a fast-moving small teamBased in Chennai (or willing to relocate); Tamil helpful for vendor conversationsWhy AmadoraSmall team, real ownership, and your work shows up in every scoop we serve.
