Procurement Assistant Manager (Logistic)

*KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Run logistics tenders (transport, warehousing, cold chain, last-mile, freight) from requirement to bid evaluation, with Supply Chain and DC teams.Negotiate rates, service levels and initial T&Cs during the tender; prepare the award recommendation for approval.Source and assess logistics suppliers; analyse logistics costs and look for savings.Work with internal departments, stores and suppliers; follow Vietnamese regulations and MMVN bidding procedures.Bring fresh ideas to improve how we source, analyse and decide – smarter tools, simpler steps, better results.Other tasks assigned by the Cost Optimization and Procurement Manager.*REQUIREMENTS:University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.3+ years in procurement or logistics sourcing, with tendering experience.Good understanding of transportation and warehouse/DC operations.Strong negotiation, communicationExcel skills and data analysisBusiness EnglishCurious, creative and proactive; a can-do team player.Experience with a procurement system (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Zycus, Ivalua…); retail/FMCG or cold chain background;Certificate such as FIATA, CIPS;… (nice to have)Working Time: 8h30 - 17h30 Monday to FridayWorking Location: Lot B, An Phu - An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2How to Apply: Send your CV to hieu.lnk@mmvietnam.com
