LocationPondicherry / ChennaiEmployment TypeFull-TimeCTC₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (Fixed)EligibilityMBA/MBA equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Strong interest in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations.Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry and its products is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing FMCG products.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.Monitor purchase orders, inventory requirements, delivery status, and documentation.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth procurement.Track market prices, supplier trends, product availability, and procurement opportunities.Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase reports, and supplier information.Support the team in ensuring cost-effective procurement and timely availability of products.Assist in resolving supplier and delivery-related issues.Required SkillsBasic understanding of FMCG products and supply chain processes.Knowledge of procurement and purchasing procedures.Good Excel and MS Office skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Analytical and problem-solving ability.Good coordination and follow-up skills.Ability to work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced business environment.Preferred CandidateWe are looking for an MBA fresher who is passionate about Procurement, FMCG, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, with strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA FixedWork Locations: Chennai & PondicherryExperience: Freshers
