We are looking for a Procurement/Buyer profile to manage non-catalog purchase requests related to SG&A expenses, including:Professional servicesIT assetsTelecommunicationsSpare partsMRO itemsPPE and other indirect procurement categories The selected candidate should also be able to analyse purchasing history and identify opportunities to convert recurring non-catalog purchases into catalog items or services. Candidate RequirementsPrevious procurement/buying experience, preferably within the UAE min 2 years ExpGood communication skillsAbility to work independentlyProactive and able to take initiativeStrong negotiation skillsAdvanced Excel knowledge, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH Additional InformationLocation: Otis Dubai Office, The One TowerWorking Arrangement: 5 days per week in the office
