Procurement Chief (Dubai / Arnavutluk /Libya/ Letonya/Office)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Chief to join our international operations and overseas construction projects, where they will play an active role in managing procurement activities and ensuring the efficient supply of materials and services.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputable university,Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field within the construction industry,Strong teamwork and collaboration skills,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities,Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills,Dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented,Proficient in ERP systems (preferably IFS ERP).Job DescriptionManage procurement processes through the approval stage in accordance with company procedures,Possess comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement operations,Have hands-on experience in procurement activities related to Mechanical, Plant & Equipment, Electrical, and Civil Works,Process procurement records through the ERP system and coordinate documentation with the Finance Department,Obtain quotations from suppliers, conduct commercial evaluations, and prepare bid comparison and cost analysis reports,Verify and match invoices with delivery notes and coordinate the documentation with the relevant departments,Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable supplier portfolio,Monitor purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services,Prepare and maintain all necessary correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and documentation required for the effective follow-up and execution of procurement activities,Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations throughout all procurement processes.
