Guided by our 5Cs philosophy — Community, Country, Climate, Customer, and Company — we are committed to sustainability-driven growth.Learn more at: www.rgei.com; highlights of 2025: RGE 2025 HighlightsKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for Energy and Fertilizer commodities across global mills, with a focus on Southeast AsiaDevelop and execute commodity strategies aligned with global business objectivesBuild and manage strong partnerships with vendors, traders, and internal stakeholdersDrive cost optimization initiatives and deliver against assigned savings targetsMonitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights and purchasing decisionsOversee the full lifecycle of commercial deals/trades including execution and risk considerationsLead or support strategic projects (e.g., acquisitions, JVs, investments) to create long-term valueIdentify and onboard new suppliers to enhance supply resilience and quality standardsProvide regular market intelligence updates to senior leadershipAct as a key global point of contact for energy and fertilizer procurement mattersJob Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Business (Master’s preferred)Proven experience managing large procurement spend or trading book (≥ USD 200M annually)Minimum 5 years of experience in direct procurement and/or commodities tradingStrong knowledge of energy and/or fertilizer markets (buy-side or trading exposure preferred)Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to drive strategic initiativesProven track record in negotiation and value deliveryExperience in market analysis and translating data into strategyAbility to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environmentStrategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
