The role requires strong finance domain knowledge combined with hands-on OneStream implementation experience, delivered through a global onshore/offshore delivery model.Location - Banaglore/Pune/GurugramExperience - 3Years - 7 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end OneStream implementations across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Financial ReportingParticipate in functional requirement-gathering and design workshops with client and onshore stakeholdersConfigure OneStream components including dimensions, cubes, workflows, business rules, and calculationsDesign and develop reports, dashboards, and cube views (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Support data integration, validation, reconciliation, and historical data loadsAssist with Chart of Accounts (CoA) alignment and ERP-to-OneStream mappingTesting & DeploymentSupport SIT and UAT cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activitiesProvide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancementsExperience & BackgroundPrior Experience:3 - 7 years of experience in Finance Transformation or EPM consultingHands-on OneStream implementation experience (Planning and/or Consolidation)OneStream certification or formal OneStream trainingHands-on OneStream implementation experience (Planning and/or Consolidation)Experience supporting finance transformation programs or EPM consultingStrong understanding of Record-to-Report and FP&A processesExposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or WorkdayStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEducation / professional qualificationsProfessional qualification, Accounting, Finance or related field (CA / CPA / ACCA), MBA
