This position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end purchasing process, including preparing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. Day-to-day activities include obtaining and reviewing vendor quotations, supporting contract and price negotiations, and monitoring delivery timelines to ensure goods and services arrive as scheduled. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement documentation, analyzing spending data, resolving issues related to orders or invoices, and collaborating closely with internal teams to understand and fulfill their purchasing needs. The Procurement Coordinator contributes to cost-efficiency, supplier quality, and reliable supply for the organization’s operations.QualificationsSaudi national (required).Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and Purchasing to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and purchasing cycles effectively.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review quotations, evaluate suppliers, and track spending and performance metrics.Candidates should possess skills in handling Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within real estate, construction, or related industries is beneficial.Knowledge of procurement systems or ERP platforms and proficiency in MS Excel and other office software is advantageous.Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a commitment to ethical, compliant purchasing practices are expected.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
