Services are delivered with trust, ethical business practices, and a focus on excellence in customer relationships.Role Description:Job Title: Procurement CoordinatorDepartment: Supply Chain / Procurement ManagementLocation: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaCompany: ICMS Group Core ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Purchasing & SourcingManage the full lifecycle of project-based purchasing and raw material acquisition.Issue formal Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and conduct commercial bid analysis.Generate and process accurate corporate Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.Vendor Evaluation & NegotiationEvaluate performance, reliability, and delivery standards of local and international suppliers.Conduct contract negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms, pricing, and payment structures.Maintain a robust, updated, and approved industrial vendor database.Material Expediting & LogisticsMonitor active order manufacturing timelines closely to prevent project delivery slippage.Coordinate material expediting, supply tracking, and customs clearance logistics.Direct communication lines with on-site construction managers to resolve delivery discrepancies.Qualifications & RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree or professional diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of proven success in purchasing and procurement operations.Industry Focus: Direct experience working within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.Core ExpertiseProactive hands-on management of material logistics and vendor accountability.Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and commercial contract handling skills.Proficiency in handling corporate procurement software or modern ERP modules.Share the Resume at careers@icms.com.sa
