Location: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaResponsibilities15+ years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC, or large-scale industrial projects, with preference for candidates who have worked on projects in Saudi Arabia.Strong EPC procurement expertise, including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, strategic sourcing, purchase order management, contract administration, and procurement lifecycle management.Technical and systems proficiency in sourcing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction materials, with hands-on experience using SAP or Oracle ERP systems.Commercial and stakeholder management skills, including contract negotiations, cost savings initiatives, supplier relationship management, logistics/customs coordination, and procurement support during project execution, commissioning, and turnaround/shutdown activities.QualificationsLead end-to-end EPC/PMC procurement activities, including procurement planning, sourcing strategies, vendor selection, RFQs, bid evaluations (TBE/CBE), purchase orders, and contract compliance.Manage procurement of critical project materials and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, structural steel, and construction-related packages, ensuring alignment with engineering and project requirements.Drive supplier performance and commercial excellence through negotiations, expediting, delivery monitoring, FAT/SAT coordination, logistics management, customs clearance support, and resolution of procurement issues.Ensure governance, reporting, and continuous improvement by maintaining procurement documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, mitigating procurement risks, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.We appreciate the interest of all applicants.
