Procurement Delivery Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end procurement activities from requirement definition through contract award and handover.The role will provide leadership across procurement and sourcing planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, clarification and evaluation activities, technical and commercial assessments, award recommendations, contract formation and mobilization, and procurement governance and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of procurement and sourcing plans.Lead the preparation of EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.Manage tender schedules and bidder communications.Coordinate clarification responses and evaluation activities.Lead and oversee technical and commercial assessments.Prepare and oversee award recommendations and approval papers.Lead and oversee contract formation and mobilization activities.Oversee procurement trackers, approval logs, decision records, procurement records, and audit trails.Provide procurement governance and reporting support as required.Key RequirementsA relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is relevant to the role.10+ years of relevant procurement delivery experience. Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement activities.Proven experience in procurement and sourcing planning.Strong experience preparing and managing EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.Experience managing tender schedules and bidder communications.Strong experience coordinating clarification and evaluation activities.Experience overseeing technical and commercial assessments.Experience preparing award recommendations and approval papers.Experience managing contract formation and mobilisation activities.Strong understanding of procurement governance, records, approvals, and audit trails.Ability to coordinate procurement activities across relevant stakeholders.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
