Procurement Delivery Senior Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Senior Specialist to support the delivery of end-to-end procurement activities from requirement definition through contract award and handover.The role will support procurement and sourcing planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, clarification and evaluation activities, technical and commercial assessments, award recommendations, contract formation and mobilization, as well as procurement governance and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and support procurement and sourcing plans.Prepare EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.Manage tender schedules and coordinate bidder communications.Coordinate clarification responses and evaluation activities.Support technical and commercial assessments.Prepare award recommendations and approval papers.Support contract formation and mobilisation activities.Maintain accurate procurement trackers, approval logs, decision records, procurement records, and audit trails.Provide governance and reporting support as required.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field is relevant to the role.6-9 years of relevant procurement delivery experience. Practical experience supporting end-to-end procurement activities.Experience with procurement and sourcing planning.Experience preparing and managing EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.Experience coordinating tender schedules and bidder communications.Experience supporting clarification and evaluation activities.Understanding of technical and commercial assessment processes.Experience preparing award recommendations and approval papers.Experience supporting contract formation and mobilization.Strong attention to procurement documentation, records, approvals, and audit trails.Also, you can submit your CV through the link below for more upcoming job vacancies:https://cv-fnrco.com
