The business is expanding into new categories and markets, and its sourcing function sits at the centre of that growth.The role Based in the UAE and reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the Procurement Director leads procurement across all non-perishable categories, including packaging, home decor and accessories, and local purchasing, with a procurement team spread across several markets.What you'll doSet and own the procurement strategy for packaging, decor, accessories, and local purchasing across all markets.Lead and develop a multi-country procurement team with clear standards, priorities, and accountability.Own the function's annual operating plan and budget.Build and manage the supplier and brand-partner base, including executive-level relationships with strategic partners.Set the right Incoterms for each supplier, route, and market, balancing cost, risk, and control over the goods in transit.Manage landed cost, customs clearance, and import compliance across GCC markets, with particular focus on KSA product conformity and customs requirements.Manage supplier risk across concentration, compliance, and continuity, with a qualified alternative ready for every critical supplier.Make sure supply capacity keeps pace with growth into new markets and categories.Own quality and sustainability standards, including certifications and supplier audits.Deliver cost, margin, availability, and quality outcomes through a tracked savings programme and multi-year targets.Work with commercial, brand, logistics, and supply planning leaders so sourcing, inventory, and movement run as one plan.What you'll bring15+ years in procurement or sourcing, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.Experience leading teams across multiple countries, ideally within the GCC.A strong track record in packaging, non-resale, or accessory categories within luxury, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.Strong working knowledge of Incoterms and how to apply them across different supplier origins and destination markets.Hands-on experience with GCC import regulations, particularly KSA customs, product conformity, and registration requirements.An established supplier network across Asia, Europe, and the region.Commercial judgement that balances cost against quality and brand standards.Experience embedding sustainability practices, certifications, or responsible sourcing.A confident presence in executive forums and the candour to raise difficult news early, with options.A degree in supply chain, business, or a related field; CIPS or equivalent is a plus.
