Procurement Engineer

Job TitleProcurement Engineer - Landscape Projects, Irrigation and Fountain SystemsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Procurement Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to join our Supply Chain and Contracts team, working on landscape projects that involve the supply and installation of irrigation systems and fountain systems along with their accessories, including pumps, pipes, and valves.Educational QualificationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited universityYears of ExperienceThree to five years of experience in engineering procurement, preferably with a background in landscape, infrastructure, or mechanical systems projectsDuties and ResponsibilitiesReview drawings and technical specifications for irrigation and fountain systems and identify required supply items Identify local and international suppliers of irrigation and fountain equipment such as pumps, pipes, valves, filters, and control systems Request quotations and conduct technical and commercial comparisons between suppliers Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, supply terms, and delivery schedules Understand the full procurement process from purchase requisition through to final delivery Read and understand contract clauses related to supply, responsibilities, warranties, and payment terms Coordinate and cross-check with the technical and project departments to ensure supplied materials meet required specifications Track purchase orders and delivery schedules in coordination with suppliers and project teams Track the status of material supply on an ongoing basis and ensure suppliers adhere to agreed delivery schedules Prepare and maintain Long Lead Items LLI lists, identifying critical items from the early stages of the project Coordinate with suppliers to ensure long lead items are ordered on time to avoid delays affecting the project schedule Provide periodic reports on the status and completion percentage of each LLI item Coordinate with the project management team to align the material supply schedule with the project execution timeline Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, costs, and suppliersRequired SkillsSolid knowledge of irrigation systems and fountain systems and their technical components Familiarity with local suppliers in Saudi Arabia and their pricing practices in this field Strong negotiation skills Ability to read and analyze contracts and technical specifications Effective communication and coordination skills with technical and project management departments Proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel Fluency in both Arabic and EnglishLocationRiyadh, Saudi Arabia المسمى الوظيفيمهندس مشتريات - مشاريع لاندسكيب وأنظمة ري ونوافيرنبذة عن الدورنبحث عن مهندس مشتريات يمتلك خلفية هندسية ميكانيكية للانضمام إلى فريق سلسلة الإمداد والعقود، للعمل على مشاريع اللاندسكيب التي تشمل توريد وتركيب أنظمة الري وأنظمة النوافير وملحقاتها من مضخات ومواسير وصمامات ومعدات متخصصة أخرى.المؤهلات العلميةبكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية من جامعة معتمدةسنوات الخبرةمن ثلاث إلى خمس سنوات في مجال المشتريات الهندسية، ويفضل من كانت خبرته في مشاريع اللاندسكيب أو البنية التحتية أو الأنظمة الميكانيكيةالمهام والمسؤولياتدراسة المخططات والمواصفات الفنية الخاصة بأنظمة الري والنوافير وتحديد بنود التوريد المطلوبة حصر الموردين المحليين والدوليين لمعدات الري والنوافير مثل المضخات والمواسير والصمامات والفلاتر وأنظمة التحكم طلب عروض الأسعار والمقارنة الفنية والمالية بين الموردين التفاوض مع الموردين على الأسعار وشروط التوريد ومدد التسليم فهم آلية سير عملية المشتريات من طلب الشراء وحتى الاستلام النهائي قراءة وفهم بنود العقود المتعلقة بالتوريد والمسؤوليات والضمانات وشروط الدفع التدقيق والتنسيق مع القسم الفني والمشاريع للتأكد من مطابقة المواد الموردة للمواصفات المطلوبة متابعة الطلبيات وجداول التسليم بالتنسيق مع الموردين وفرق المشاريع متابعة حالة توريد المواد بشكل دوري والتأكد من التزام الموردين بالجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها إعداد ومتابعة قوائم المواد طويلة أمد التوريد LLI وتحديد بنودها منذ بداية المشروع التنسيق مع الموردين لضمان طلب المواد طويلة أمد التوريد في الوقت المناسب لتفادي أي تأخير يؤثر على الجدول الزمني للمشروع رفع تقارير دورية بحالة كل بند من بنود ال LLI ونسبة الإنجاز الخاصة به التنسيق مع إدارة المشاريع لمواءمة جدول توريد المواد مع الجدول الزمني التنفيذي للمشروع إعداد تقارير دورية حول حالة المشتريات والتكاليف والموردينالمهارات المطلوبةمعرفة جيدة بأنظمة الري وأنظمة النوافير ومكوناتها الفنية إلمام بالموردين المحليين في المملكة العربية السعودية وطبيعة أسعارهم في هذا المجال مهارات تفاوض قوية القدرة على قراءة وتحليل العقود والمواصفات الفنية مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة مع الأقسام الفنية وإدارة المشاريع إجادة برامج الأوفيس وخاصة الإكسل إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزيةمكان العملالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية
