Procurement Engineer

Candidates with experience in procurement of heavy equipment on rental basis for Aramco/Oil & Gas/EPC projects will be highly preferred.RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or industrial projects.Strong experience in plant & machinery / heavy equipment rental procurement.Saudi Arabia experience is mandatory/preferred, with good knowledge of the local equipment rental market.Strong existing network with heavy equipment rental companies and suppliers in Saudi Arabia.Good knowledge of rental rates, equipment specifications and market availability.Experience dealing with Oil & Gas/EPC contractors and project sites is highly preferred.Strong negotiation, vendor management and commercial skills.Good knowledge of procurement procedures, RFQs, comparative statements, POs and rental agreements.Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage urgent project requirements.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of ERP/SAP procurement systems will be an advantage.Preferred Candidate ProfileProcure equipment such as:Mobile & crawler cranesExcavatorsWheel loadersBulldozersBackhoe loadersGradersRollersForkliftsTelehandlersManlifts / Boom liftsGeneratorsAir compressorsWelding machinesLighting towersTrailers and heavy vehiclesOther Oil & Gas construction equipmentIf interested kindly share your updated CV at mary@multilinkindia.com
