Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for landscape construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and specialist landscape products while meeting project specifications, quality standards, and approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, external works, and landscape-related packages.Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and procurement schedules.Source and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors within KSA and the GCC.Prepare and issue RFQs, conduct commercial and technical evaluations, and negotiate prices and contractual terms.Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, planning, and finance teams.Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate processing through SAP.Monitor material deliveries and resolve procurement, quality, and logistical issues.Maintain an approved supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, project budgets, and contractual requirements.Support claims, variations, cost comparisons, and procurement reporting.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.5–8 years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to landscape construction projects.Proven experience working with established landscape companies or landscape contractors in KSA or the GCC.Strong knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, hardscape products, plants, outdoor fixtures, and specialist subcontracting packages.Hands-on SAP knowledge is mandatory.Valid Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) certification is mandatory.Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor-management skills.Good understanding of procurement procedures, commercial terms, and contract requirements.Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Candidates currently based in KSA or with previous KSA experience will be preferred.
