Procurement Engineer

We are looking for Procurement Specialists to support infrastructure and road projects.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Saudi nationals
• 2 -3 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, or road projects.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers (contracts, negotiations, delivery follow-up).
• Familiarity with materials such as asphalt, ready-mix concrete, sand, rebar, water pipes, valves, and site equipment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience using ERP or procurement systems.
• International certifications such as CCMP, CIPM, CIPP are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing subcontractor contracts.
• Handling suppliers from pricing, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders up to final delivery at project sites.
• Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports.
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards.
