Procurement Engineer (Real Estate)

Kam Real Estate Development Company, based in Riyadh, is seeking a Procurement Engineer to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, project-related procurement.Key Responsibilities:Manage all Purchasing activities related to company projects and operations.Handle local and external (international) purchases in line with project requirements.Coordinate closely with the Contracts Department to ensure alignment between procurement and contractual terms.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with approved budgets and timelines.Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Requirements:7 to 10 years of experience in Purchasing.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering university.Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies is mandatory.Strong knowledge of project Purchasing and general purchasing processes.Experience in external and international procurement is preferred.Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
