Procurement Executive

About the Role:We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for our third-party manufacturing operations across skincare, haircare and personal care products.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement/sourcing within the cosmetics, FMCG or allied manufacturing industry. Freshers with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing are also welcome to apply.Position: Procurement ExecutiveExperience: 1-3 YearsIndustry: Third-Party Cosmetics ManufacturingLocation: New DelhiEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesSource and procure raw materials, active ingredients, excipients and packaging materials as per product requirements.Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines.Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality and Sales teams to understand material requirements.End-to-end Inventory Management. Ensure timely procurement to support production and product development schedules.Compare suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time and reliability.Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and procurement documentation.Follow up with suppliers for order status, deliveries and quality-related issues.Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimisation and alternative sourcing.Desired Candidate Profile1-3 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal care, FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Prior experience in sourcing cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials will be strongly preferred.Good understanding of vendor management, negotiation and purchase processes.Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic procurement documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Freshers with a strong interest in procurement and sourcing may also apply.What We OfferOpportunity to work closely with R&D, manufacturing and product development teams.Exposure to a wide range of innovative skincare, haircare and personal care products.Opportunity to build expertise in cosmetic raw material and packaging procurement.Growth-oriented work environment with hands-on industry exposure.To Apply: Apply here or email your resume at chayan@pnkapoorhealthcare.com
