Procurement Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a structured and proactive Procurement & Supply Operations professional to support RM/PM planning, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and procurement operations.The role will play a key part in ensuring material availability, timely procurement execution, and operational visibility, while enabling the leadership team to focus on strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement OperationsManage PO follow-ups, delivery tracking, and vendor coordination for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).Ensure timely communication with vendors and follow up on dispatches and deliveries.Drive closure of pending procurement activities and documentation.RM/PM Material PlanningMonitor RM/PM availability against production requirements.Track material readiness and proactively highlight potential supply risks.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.Inventory ManagementMaintain RM/PM inventory trackers and ensure regular updates.Monitor inventory levels against approved Days of Holding (DOH) norms.Highlight potential shortages, excess inventory, or supply risks.Vendor CoordinationMaintain regular communication with vendors regarding orders, dispatches, and deliveries.Support documentation and closure of vendor-related activities.Coordinate onboarding documentation for alternate vendors.Procurement MIS & DashboardsMaintain procurement, inventory, and material readiness dashboards.Prepare regular MIS and reports for management review.Ensure accuracy and timely availability of procurement data.Quality DocumentationTrack COA, product specifications, and vendor compliance documentation.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure required quality documents are available and updated.What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchase, supply coordination, or related operations.Experience in FMCG, Food, Nutraceutical, or Pharma industries.Hands-on experience with vendor coordination, inventory tracking, procurement operations, and MIS.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/inventory trackers.Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Structured approach with high attention to detail.Ability to take ownership and proactively identify supply risks.Key SkillsProcurement | Purchase Operations | Vendor Management | Raw Material Procurement | Packaging Material Procurement | Inventory Management | Material Planning | Supply Coordination | MIS | Excel | Vendor Coordination | Supply Chain OperationsWhat Success Looks LikeImproved RM/PM availability and planning visibilityReduced emergency procurement requirementsStronger procurement execution and follow-up disciplineBetter visibility through structured MIS and dashboardsFaster closure of procurement and material readiness activitiesIf you are someone who enjoys working closely with vendors, production, inventory, and cross-functional teams and thrives in a structured, ownership-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!
