By serving as a one-stop solution and eliminating the need for multiple vendors, BMI works with leading e-commerce and logistics companies across PAN India.Role Description The Procurement Executive – Electrical is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role focuses on end-to-end electrical procurement activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing vendors, obtaining and evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders for electrical materials and services. The person in this role will coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective purchasing, and compliance with technical specifications and company policies. Daily responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, tracking purchase status, maintaining accurate procurement records, and supporting inventory planning and cost optimization for electrical items.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management for electrical materials and services.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and commercial information for decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.Relevant experience in electrical procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within infrastructure, construction, or MEP domains is beneficial.Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with ERP or procurement software, MS Excel, and documentation tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adhere to timelines and quality standards.
