The group operates from offices in Sharjah (HQ) and Dubai.Role Description The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and raising purchase orders in line with company policies. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, track delivery schedules, and coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials and services. Daily tasks include reviewing procurement requests, maintaining supplier records, analyzing cost and vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal standards. The role also involves supporting contract management, resolving order or delivery issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and management.Experience in procurement or supply chain within construction, engineering, manpower, or related industries is highly beneficial.Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP software, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of UAE labor regulations and local market suppliers is an advantage.
