The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, and coordinate with internal departments such as finance, warehousing, and sales to ensure timely availability of products. Daily tasks include analyzing procurement data, maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and supporting cost optimization and quality assurance initiatives. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and supporting continuous improvement in procurement processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management, with experience in FMCG procurement preferred.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Purchase Orders and related documentation, including vendor management and order tracking.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate pricing, supplier performance, and inventory data for decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within the FMCG sector is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or procurement software, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, is advantageous.
