We partner with emerging and established brands to deliver end-to-end "Concept to Shelf" solutions spanning product development, ingredient sourcing, packaging, and supply chain execution.About the Role We're hiring a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Executive to strengthen procurement across our contract manufacturing business. This role requires ownership of ingredient and packaging sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and NPD sourcing support. Candidates should have prior procurement experience within FMCG, food & beverage, or contract manufacturing; this is a category-specific role, not a generalist purchasing function.Key ResponsibilitiesSource raw materials, ingredients, and packaging (bottles, jars, caps, labels, cartons, pouches, flexible packaging) across product categoriesIdentify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new suppliers; maintain multiple sourcing options for cost competitiveness and supply securityNegotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules; drive cost optimization without compromising qualityTrack commodity, ingredient, freight, and packaging price trends; run supplier comparisons and commercial evaluationsSource materials for lab trials, pilot batches, and commercial production; support R&D/NPD with commercial quotationsCoordinate procurement with production schedules; maintain RFQs, POs, supplier records, and procurement trackers/ERP dataRequirements3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor DevelopmentPrior experience within FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Ingredients, or Contract Manufacturing is required for this roleStrong negotiation, commercial evaluation, and supplier management skillsProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and procurement documentationStructured, analytical approach with strong ownership mindset
