قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Summary: The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services. The role focuses on achieving cost efficiencies, maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and supporting business operations through effective supply management.Key Accountabilities: Procurement & SourcingManage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories of goods and services.Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.Obtain and analyze quotations, proposals, and tenders to ensure value for money.Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare comparative bid analyses and procurement recommendations.Supplier ManagementBuild and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service agreements.Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.Resolve supplier-related issues including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.Purchase Order ManagementPrepare, review, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies.Ensure purchase orders accurately reflect approved specifications, pricing, and contractual terms.Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery and receipt.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.Inventory & Operational SupportCoordinate with warehouse, finance, and end-user departments to maintain adequate inventory levels.Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning where applicable.Assist in forecasting procurement requirements based on operational needs.Cost OptimizationIdentify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality or service.Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier consolidation projects.Monitor market pricing trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.Maintain complete procurement documentation and supplier records.Support internal and external audits by providing procurement documentation when required.ReportingPrepare procurement reports, supplier performance reports, savings reports, and spend analysis.Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP or procurement systems.Monitor procurement KPIs and recommend process improvements.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent is an advantage.2–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar procurement platforms is preferred.Procurement and sourcing principlesSupplier evaluation and vendor managementContract administrationPurchase order managementCost analysis and budgetingInventory management fundamentalsERP and procurement systemsMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suit
