You'll be the link between our stores/suppliers and our mechanics on the ground, making sure the right parts reach the right workshop at the right time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone organized, mobile, and comfortable coordinating across teams and locations, while also gaining exposure to inventory data management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier/Store Coordination – Liaise with parts suppliers and hardware/accessory stores to confirm availability, pricing, and pickup timing before collection.Stock Replenishment Support – Flag low-stock or frequently requested items to the team to help anticipate future sourcing needs.Backlog Clearance – Actively work through outstanding/unfulfilled parts requests and inventory data backlogs, prioritizing urgent workshop needs.Cross-Team Communication – Coordinate with workshop mechanics and staff nationwide to confirm request details and delivery status.Ad-hoc Administrative Support – Assist with other procurement or inventory-related tasks as needed.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 monthsBasic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for inventory data entry and tracking.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple pending requests at once.Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Comfortable learning new software tools (e.g., Lark, Google Workspace)
