The firm is dually registered and a member of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and the Chamber of Italy, reflecting its strong international and local industry presence.Role Description The Procurement Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The intern will assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and tracking delivery schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting supplier evaluation activities, collecting and organizing vendor data, and helping compare quotations for quality, cost, and delivery time. The role also involves contributing to basic contract review and negotiations under supervision, coordinating with internal departments to understand material and equipment requirements, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. The intern will work closely with the procurement team, gaining exposure to industrial engineering equipment sourcing and supply chain processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Procurement and handling Purchase Orders for materials, equipment, and services.Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing vendor reliability, quality, and pricing.Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation, supporting terms review and basic agreement discussions under guidance.Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to compare quotations, analyze cost data, and support decision-making.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with ERP or procurement software is preferred.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Urdu and Italian is a plus.
