Procurement Intern

Established in 1995, QDP - Quân Đạt & Partners takes pride in being a leading façade contractor in Vietnam, specializing in design, engineering and installation of architectural aluminum and glass products.Our products are present in numerous high-rise buildings, luxury apartments, commercial centers, hotels, resorts, airports, stretching from Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar to Australia, the United States, and are continuously expanding to other countries.------------------Work Location:Factory: 85A DT748, Long Nguyen Ward, HCMC> Internship Allowance: VND 5,310,000/MonthKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the Procurement team in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.Support supplier communication and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.Assist in preparing purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.Support price comparison and vendor evaluation activities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.Help monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.Perform other administrative tasks related to procurement as assigned.RequirementsStudent or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, or related fields.Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Good command of English is an advantage.
