The specialist negotiates pricing and terms with suppliers, evaluates bids, and fosters strong vendor relationships to support seamless procurement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.Maintain records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure smooth functioning.Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and maintained.Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials.Maintain records of licenses, and AMC contracts.Oversee facility maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.Coordinate with vendors for facility services, quotations, approvals, and service execution.Support lab teams during new installations, relocations, and facility modifications.Looking for Immediate joinerNote: This is a paid internship.Skills: excel,procurement,communication,compliance,records
