Daily responsibilities include managing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The role involves leading contract negotiations, maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring procurement performance, and optimizing costs while meeting quality and compliance standards. The Procurement Lead will also develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, analyze market trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong procurement and purchase order management skills, including experience in end-to-end purchasing processes.Candidates should possess supplier evaluation and vendor management skills, with the ability to assess quality, reliability, and compliance.Candidates should possess contract negotiation skills, including the ability to secure favorable terms and manage contractual risk.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, with capability in data analysis, cost benchmarking, and decision-making based on metrics.Relevant experience in procurement within power solutions, electrical networks, or related industrial sectors is beneficial.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Proficiency in procurement or ERP software and MS Office tools (especially Excel) is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Ajman, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.
