Procurement & Purchasing ManagerLocation: Pune (Office-based)Notice: ImmediateExperience: 5–10 yearsIndustry: FMCG | Beauty | Personal Care | Grooming | Consumer Products | Packaging | D2C | E-commerceWhat You’ll Own• End-to-end procurement of finished goods, packaging, raw materials & business-critical materials• Vendor sourcing, onboarding, development & performance management• Commercial negotiations covering pricing, MOQ, credit terms, freight & delivery timelines• Packaging procurement — bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, caps, labels, cartons, shippers & more• PO creation, tracking and execution from release to dispatch and inwarding• Coordination with NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, E-commerce, Operations & Logistics• Proactive management of stockout risks, lead times, inventory & working capital• Development of alternate vendors to reduce supply dependency and risk• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and MOQ optimizationWhat We’re Looking For• 5–10 years of relevant procurement/purchase experience• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills• Experience in finished goods and packaging procurement• Strong understanding of MOQ, lead time, reorder planning & stock cover• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills• Experience with ERP/procurement systems• Good understanding of GST, invoices & dispatch documentation• Someone who is commercially sharp, detail-oriented, proactive and excellent with follow-ups Bonus: Experience with contract manufacturers, packaging development, D2C, marketplaces or quick commerce.#Hiring #Procurement #ProcurementLead #SupplyChain #VendorManagement #FMCGJobs #D2CJobs #PuneJobs #ProcurementJobs #HiringNow
