Procurement Logistics Officer

AlRashed Industrial Company Are Looking for Procurement Logistic Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services.About the RoleProcurement Logistics Officer is responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, inventory coordination, and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The role supports operational efficiency by maintaining compliance with company policies, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating transportation and distribution activities.ResponsibilitiesSource suppliers and maintain a good relationship.Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.Coordinate with various departments to determine their procurement needs.Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services.Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.Familiarity with import/export and customs procedures is an advantage.Required SkillsProven experience working in procurement or a similar role.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Attention to detail and analytical mindset.Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.We're looking forward to welcoming new talent to our Al-Rashed Industrial team!
