Department: Procurement, Operations & LogisticsOryx Signature is looking for an experienced, highly organized and commercially minded Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Corporate Events & Exhibitions, Roadshows, Marketing & Brand Activations, and special projects, ensuring that procurement, supplier coordination and logistics are managed efficiently from planning through final delivery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, contractors and service providers across the UAE and international markets.
• Obtain and professionally evaluate multiple quotations to ensure competitive pricing, quality and value for money.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets and procurement recommendations for management approval.
• Manage Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, supplier documentation and procurement records.
• Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, delivery timelines and service conditions with vendors.
• Coordinate procurement requirements for events, exhibitions, roadshows, production, fabrication, AVL, branding, printing, equipment and operational supplies.
• Coordinate transportation, deliveries, collections, loading, unloading and movement of event materials and equipment.
• Manage logistics schedules for project build-up, live operations and dismantling.
• Track orders and deliveries to ensure materials and services arrive according to agreed project deadlines.
• Maintain an approved and reliable supplier/vendor database.
• Work closely with the Finance, Production, Events, Marketing, Creative and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with venues, warehouses, freight providers, couriers and external contractors where required.
• Ensure procurement decisions remain within approved project budgets.
• Identify potential cost savings without compromising quality, safety or project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, approvals, POs, invoices, delivery notes and supplier agreements.
• Support reconciliation and supplier payment processes in coordination with Finance.
• Proactively identify supply-chain, delivery and logistical risks and provide solutions before they impact project execution.
• Be available for on-site event operations, late-night schedules and weekends when project delivery requires it.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR✔ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, events, exhibitions, production or a related industry.✔ UAE experience strongly preferred.✔ Strong existing network of UAE suppliers and vendors is an advantage.✔ Experience within the events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, production or fabrication industry is highly desirable.✔ Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills.✔ Strong commercial awareness and ability to evaluate pricing and quotations.✔ Excellent Excel, documentation and reporting skills.✔ Ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines and projects simultaneously.✔ Strong attention to detail and a high level of accountability.✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.✔ UAE driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.✔ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.THE PERSON WE WANTWe are looking for someone who takes ownership.Someone who does not simply request quotations, but understands the project, challenges costs, negotiates intelligently, anticipates problems and ensures every supplier delivers what was promised — on time, within budget and to the required standard.At Oryx Signature, we operate around three principles:RESILIENCE.
