Procurement Manage

Role Description The Procurement Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying sourcing needs, preparing purchase requests, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery timelines to ensure goods and services are received as agreed. The Procurement Manager will track procurement performance, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and contribute to cost optimization and risk mitigation. Collaboration with finance and operational teams to manage budgets, resolve supplier issues, and improve procurement procedures is also a key part of the role.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation to build and maintain strong, reliable supplier relationships.Candidates should possess skills in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.Candidates should possess skills in Purchasing and Procurement to manage sourcing activities, purchase orders, and inventory-related requirements.Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.Candidates should be proficient in using procurement or ERP systems and standard office software tools.A relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field is preferred; professional procurement certifications are an advantage.Experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role, ideally within professional services or finance-related organizations, is beneficial.
