Procurement Manager – Automotive Spare Parts

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring aftermarket automotive spare parts for China vehicle brands. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international sourcing, supplier negotiations, import operations, and inventory planning.Key Responsibilities• Source and procure aftermarket automotive spare parts from manufacturers and suppliers in China.• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, authorized distributors, and aftermarket suppliers across China and the GCC.• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.• Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with company procurement policies.• Coordinate order confirmations, production schedules, shipments, and import documentation.• Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs clearance agents.• Review supplier quotations and conduct cost analysis to maximize value.• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.• Verify part numbers, specifications, compatibility, and product quality before procurement.• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, shortages, delays, and warranty claims.• Maintain accurate procurement records and ERP transactions.• Generate procurement, supplier performance, inventory, and cost-saving reports.Requirements• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.• 3–4 years of experience in automotive spare parts procurement.• Strong knowledge of OEM and aftermarket spare parts for vehicle brands manufactured in China.
