Procurement ManagerLocation: South East EnglandReports To: European Head of FinanceRole OverviewResponsible for leading the end-to-end procurement function, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships and ensuring the organisation procures high-quality goods and services in a cost-effective, compliant manner.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategy and governance.Manage indirect procurement activities.Lead supplier sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations.Build and manage supplier relationships and KPI performance.Oversee the procure-to-pay (P2P) process.Monitor procurement budgets, spend and reporting.Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.Ensure procurement complies with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.RequirementsDegree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement or similar (or equivalent experience).CIPS qualification desirable.Minimum 3 years' procurement experience.Experience within a regulated industry such as Medical Devices, Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred.Knowledge of ISO-regulated environments advantageous.SkillsStrategic sourcingSupplier relationship managementNegotiationCommercial and financial analysisStakeholder managementSAP purchasing experience desirableMicrosoft Office proficiencyPackageStrong basic salary 10% bonus Private healthcare + dental care Life assurance Strong pension scheme
