From world-class attractions and immersive visitor experiences to destination entertainment projects, they deliver ambitious, technically complex environments for some of the biggest names in the global leisure and attractions sector.As their project portfolio continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across a diverse range of high-profile projects.This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, project-driven business where procurement plays a pivotal role in bringing innovative, large-scale experiences to life. While experience within themed entertainment, attractions or immersive experiences would be highly advantageous, we're equally keen to hear from procurement professionals from manufacturing, construction, engineering, automotive, aerospace, fabrication, exhibitions or other complex project-based industries who can bring transferable procurement expertise into this unique sector.The RoleYou'll take ownership of the end-to-end procurement function, developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier relationships and ensuring the business has the right materials, equipment and services in place to support multiple concurrent projects.Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Production, Warehouse and Finance teams, you'll balance commercial performance with operational delivery, ensuring procurement supports project success from concept through to completion.You'll play a key role in supplier selection, contract negotiation, inventory planning and continuous improvement, helping the business deliver exceptional projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and project delivery requirements.Lead strategic sourcing activities for materials, specialist equipment and subcontract services across multiple concurrent projects.Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements to deliver best value while maintaining quality and delivery performance.Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including RFQs, supplier onboarding, purchase orders and contract administration.Build, develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering and Production teams to forecast procurement requirements and mitigate supply chain risks.Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring material availability while minimising excess stock and waste.Monitor procurement budgets, analyse spend and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and commercial improvement.Identify and manage procurement risks, including supplier dependency, market fluctuations and delivery challenges.Develop procurement policies, systems and best practices that support operational efficiency and business growth.Lead, mentor and develop the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.About YouWe're interested in speaking with experienced Procurement Managers, Senior Buyers or Strategic Sourcing professionals who thrive in technical, project-led environments.You'll ideally have:Several years' experience within procurement, purchasing or supply chain management, including experience leading procurement activity or teams.Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering value through strategic sourcing and supplier management.Experience procuring technical products, engineered components, manufacturing materials or specialist services.Experience working within manufacturing, construction, engineering, fabrication, automotive, aerospace, defence, exhibitions, live events, themed entertainment or other complex project-based industries.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across engineering, production, project management and finance.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management and supply chain best practice.Experience using ERP, MRP or procurement management systems, alongside strong analytical and reporting skills.A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related discipline is desirable.CIPS qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.Why Apply?This is an opportunity to join an internationally respected business delivering some of the world's most ambitious themed entertainment and immersive experience projects.You'll have the opportunity to shape procurement strategy, influence key commercial decisions and build long-term supplier partnerships while working alongside talented engineering, production and project delivery teams.If you're looking for a role where procurement is recognised as a strategic function—and where you'll help bring world-class visitor experiences to life—we'd love to hear from you.
