Apply & track with Apply EdgeReollo Trading is part of the Reollo Group, a multi-division trading and investment group with operations across the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Maldives.Our Dubai hub plays a key role in sourcing and supplying goods for our portfolio of resort properties and construction projects in the Maldives, supporting a dynamic and fast-moving supply chain operation.We are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded Procurement Manager to execute sourcing requests from our Central Procurement Team and ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement across multiple categories.Role OverviewThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for identifying suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong market knowledge of Dubai’s trading ecosystem, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and vendor relationships simultaneously.The position operates as a support service unit to the Central Procurement function in the Maldives, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and the headquarters team.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Supplier ManagementReceive and action procurement requests from the HQ team in a timely and organised mannerIdentify and evaluate suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers in the UAE and international marketsObtain competitive quotations and assess suppliers based on price, quality, lead time, and reliabilityBuild and maintain a reliable network of vetted suppliers across F&B, hospitality supplies, and construction materialsConduct ongoing market intelligence within Dubai’s trading landscape to monitor price trends and identify new suppliersDevelop sourcing strategies that leverage UAE Free Zones such as Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai South to optimise re-export efficiencyNegotiation & Cost OptimisationNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliersIdentify cost-saving opportunities across the supply base without compromising qualityEstablish favourable commercial agreements with key vendorsOrder & Procurement ManagementRaise and manage purchase orders from approval through to deliveryTrack order status and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or quality issuesMaintain accurate procurement documentation and audit trails for all transactionsCoordination & LogisticsWork closely with the HQ Procurement Team to confirm requirements and provide updates on procurement progressCoordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to consolidate cargo and arrange shipments to the MaldivesEnsure compliance with UAE export requirements and Maldivian import regulationsSystems & ReportingUse ERP and procurement systems to manage procurement activity (experience with BirchStreet Systems is advantageous)Provide regular procurement reports and updates to the HQ Procurement TeamCandidate ProfileExperience4–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain rolesMinimum 2 years working within the UAE supplier marketProven sourcing experience in F&B, hospitality supplies, or construction materialsHands-on experience across the full procurement cycle from RFQ to deliverySkills & KnowledgeStrong negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to secure competitive pricingGood knowledge of Dubai’s supplier landscape and trading ecosystemFamiliarity with UAE export processes, import documentation, and IncotermsExperience with ERP or procurement management systemsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple procurement requestsStrong communication and coordination skills when working with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teamsWhy Join Reollo TradingBe part of a growing international trading group with operations across multiple regionsWork at the heart of a fast-paced procurement hub supporting luxury hospitality and development projectsOpportunity to build strong supplier networks and gain exposure to global sourcing operationsInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter outlining their procurement experience within the UAE market.
