Procurement Manager (Fit-out - Design & Build)Code: PM - 902Industry: Fit-Out / Interior Design / Design & Build / ManufacturingJob SummaryThe Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's procurement function across all Interior Fit-Out and Design & Build projects. The role ensures the timely procurement of materials and subcontractors while achieving cost optimization, supplier performance, quality compliance, and project delivery objectives. The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement team, establish strategic supplier partnerships, and work closely with Commercial, Projects, Technical, Design, Finance, and Factory teams to support business growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Procurement Department, ensuring efficient procurement operations across all projects.Develop procurement strategies that support company objectives, project schedules, and commercial targets.Oversee procurement of construction materials, joinery, FF&E, MEP, finishing materials, and subcontract packages.Review procurement schedules and ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials.Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, prequalification, and performance management.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and framework agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.Collaborate with Estimation and Commercial teams during tender and pre-award stages to obtain competitive pricing.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Technical, Design, Planning, QA/QC, Factory, and Finance teams throughout project execution.Monitor procurement budgets, cost savings, supplier KPIs, and purchasing performance.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team while driving continuous process improvements.Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance analyses, and management dashboards for senior leadership.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 10–15 years of UAE procurement experience within Interior Fit-Out, Design & Build, or Construction companies.Minimum 5 years in a Procurement Manager or Senior Procurement leadership role.Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out materials, joinery, FF&E, MEP, finishing materials, subcontract procurement, and UAE supplier markets.Proven experience leading procurement teams and managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.Strong commercial negotiation, contract management, supplier development, and strategic sourcing skills.Excellent understanding of procurement planning, budgeting, cost control, and supply chain management.Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.UAE Driving License preferred.Additional InformationGender: Male / FemaleLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-Time
