About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across a diversified business environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective procurement of goods, services, and subcontractors to support multiple business operations and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and project objectives.Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and purchase order management.Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.Negotiate commercial terms to achieve the best value while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards.Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely execution.Evaluate technical and commercial proposals in line with company policies and project specifications.Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.Support project bids and tenders by obtaining competitive quotations and sourcing qualified suppliers.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:Facilities ManagementConstructionInfrastructureEngineering ServicesInformation & Communication Technology (ICT)Operation & Maintenance (O&M)Manpower & OutsourcingGovernment or Semi-Government ProjectsStrong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are considered an advantage.
