Procurement Manager

We're Hiring: Procurement Manager — Interior Design, Fit-Out & Construction 📍 Riyadh | FBSFBS is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across our interior fit-out and finishing projects — from strategic sourcing through subcontractor contracting and on-site delivery.About the RoleReporting to the Projects' Execution Director, you will own the procurement function for high-profile fit-out projects, ensuring materials, subcontractors, and packages are sourced on time, on budget, and to specification — while leading a team that includes a Senior Procurement Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with contracts, Budget BOQs, and execution plansSource and procure key fit-out packages, including joinery, marble/stone, flooring, wallcoverings, lighting, FF&E, and MEPManage subcontractor prequalification, tendering, and technical/commercial evaluation through to contract awardLead material submittals and sample/mock-up approval processes with consultants and clientsMonitor budgets, drive value engineering initiatives, and manage variations and claims in coordination with the QS teamMaintain and develop the supplier network, oversee lead times, and lead the procurement teamWhat We're Looking For10–15 years of procurement experience, including proven team leadershipEssential: Prior experience with an interior fit-out or finishing contractor (hospitality, retail, F&B, banking, cinema, or corporate interiors)Demonstrated track record in both operational procurement and subcontractor contract managementHands-on experience with FF&E and the material specification/sample approval cycleDegree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management; CIPS, CPSM, or PMP certification is a plus Interested candidates are invited to apply / send their CV to CV@FBS-KSA.com
