Procurement Manager

⁩We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for infrastructure and construction projects across Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of construction materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and purchase order management.Monitor procurement progress, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely project execution.Coordinate with project, engineering, planning, finance, QA/QC, and warehouse teams.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, compliance, and project requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.Strong experience in infrastructure, water, wastewater, civil, and MEP projects.Proven expertise in procurement of pipes, valves, pumps, electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and construction materials.Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship, and cost control skills.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.What We're Looking ForA results-driven leader with exceptional commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment while delivering best value to the business.To ApplyInterested candidates are invited to apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV to hr_contracting@al-jazea.com.sa.
