Guests can enjoy Pickl on-site or via major UAE delivery platforms.Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies that meet Pickl’s quality, cost, and sustainability standards. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and onboarding suppliers, managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to restaurants. The role also oversees contract negotiation and contract management, maintains accurate procurement records, and collaborates with operations, finance, and quality teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. The Procurement Manager will track key procurement KPIs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the brand’s regional expansion by securing reliable suppliers in existing and new markets.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and ongoing performance oversight.Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and maintain compliant, up-to-date agreements.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess costs, and support informed decision-making across the supply chain.Experience in food and beverage or hospitality procurement, particularly in fast-casual or quick-service environments, is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different countries.Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
