Job Title: Procurement ManagerSector: MediaLocation: London / HybridSalary & Package: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits packageSea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading global media organisation, home to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, to recruit a Procurement Manager focusing on the Indirect categories.Reporting directly into the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of indirect categories including Marketing, Professional Services, Travel, HR, and Facilities Management.The role is particularly suited to a commercially driven procurement professional who enjoys a hands-on environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible savings and value.Please read on and get in touch for more details:Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement category strategies aligned with wider business objectives.Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award.Manage key supplier relationships and oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle.Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and develop effective procurement solutions.Improve procurement governance and supplier onboarding processes.Drive continuous improvement and supplier-led innovation across the relevant categories.Experience & RequirementsStrong experience across end-to-end indirect procurement and category management.Experience managing complex sourcing projects, negotiations and supplier contracts.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.Commercially minded, proactive and can balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
