It’s an exciting time to join as they expand global sourcing (India and beyond) and look for smart ways to improve flexibility and flow.What You’ll OwnLead and mentor a senior buyer and buyer (25+ years of combined experience)Create and implement KPI dashboards for procurement, inventory control, and supplier performanceOversee vendor sourcing, PO management, pricing negotiations, and delivery trackingOptimize on-time delivery, inventory planning, and procurement from global suppliersDrive cost savings through smarter purchasing methods and vendor negotiationsCollaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth flow of materialsManage logistics, freight claims, and domestic/international shipping coordinationEvaluate supplier contracts for performance, compliance, and riskLead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the purchasing functionHelp forecast future material needs and report market trends to senior leadershipRequirementsWho You AreProven experience in purchasing/procurement leadership (preferably in manufacturing or distribution)Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute and lead a teamStrong understanding of supply chain, vendor negotiations, and logisticsExcellent with numbers, systems, and reportingClear communicator who can build trust with vendors and lead internal collaborationFamiliar with procurement metrics and continuous improvement practicesComfortable managing change and building out better processesBonus If You HaveExperience sourcing from India or international marketsBackground in flexible flow operationsCertifications like APICS or CPIMFamiliarity with ERP systems and implementationsBenefitsWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive salary: $90K–$110K401K with profit sharing (some of the best in the industry)Opportunity to lead a department, implement new systems, and build for scaleJoin a company with a strong culture, long-tenured team, and big vision for the future
