Procurement ManagerLOUISE BRADLEY Design Studio is a busy, London-based, internationally recognised, and highly regarded Interior Design and Interior Architecture practice, providing turn-key services to discerning Clients in the luxury residential market. Projects range in size and complexity and are located across the world.We are currently recruiting a Procurement Manager who will report directly into the Head of Design and Head of Retail. The right candidate will be responsible for the management of the procurement for design projects and retail showroom with excellent organisation skills whilst working across multiple projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement professional looking for their next role within the interior design industry.About YouYou bring previous experience working in high-end, bespoke or commercial procurement, ideally within luxury interior design, architecture, or luxury furniture.You are a strategic thinker, focused on seamless and timely delivery of products across both design and retail departments.You expertly manage budgets, negotiating terms, and maintaining margins without compromising product integrity and quality.You take full ownership of order accuracy, specification tracking, and quality control alongside warehousing team, ensuring every custom piece meets exacting high-end standards prior to delivery or installation.You are well-versed in global freight, customs procedures, import duties, and white-glove delivery logistics for high-value items.You stay ahead of supply chain delays and bespoke manufacturing hurdles, always presenting viable, high-quality solutions should challenges arise.You work well in a team environment and foster communication and cohesion between internal teams and external suppliers.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years spent within high-end interior design, luxury furniture, architecture, or premium FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment).Detailed understanding of bespoke/custom furniture manufacturing, high-end textiles, specialist finishes, lighting specification, and bespoke artisan processes.Hands-on experience navigating international freight, customs clearance, import duties, and coordinating white-glove, multi-site installation logistics across projects.Detailed knowledge of budget management and commercially astute.Proven proficiency in procurement and studio management software (EstiMac, POS systems, Orderwise) alongside advanced Excel skills.Demonstrated track record of negotiating trade pricing, credit terms, SLAs, and lead times with suppliers and manufacturers.An excellent communicator, proactive and a team player that can work well with diverse teams.Passionate about delivering excellence and representing the Louise Bradley brand.Well-presented and client facing.
