The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to align procurement decisions with project needs and budgets. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, optimizing procurement processes, and maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance and cost control. The Procurement Manager will work closely with finance, operations, and project leads to ensure that procurement supports both creative output and organizational goals.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with 5-12 years of experience in sourcing and vendor selection in Interior building material industry.Candidates should possess expertise in contract negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms and manage ongoing agreements.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to assess costs, performance metrics, and procurement data for informed decision-making.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders and external partners.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field are preferred.Experience in creative, design, or production-focused environments, as well as knowledge of procurement tools or ERP systems, is beneficial.
