Our commitment to reach this ambitious objective is guided by our shared purpose “MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME”.Responsibilities:Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.Identify and mitigate supply risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification.Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on performance, quality, and compliance.Conduct regular supplier audits and implement improvement plans.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure competitive advantage.Draft and manage supplier contracts in compliance with legal and corporate standards.Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization and supplier consolidation.Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency.Ensure adherence to Saint-Gobain’s CSR policies and sustainability goals.Implement procurement practices that reduce environmental impact (e.g., reusable packaging, carbon footprint reduction).Work closely with operations, finance, and global purchasing teams to align sourcing strategies.Support production planning and inventory management to avoid stockouts and optimize working capital.Coach and develop the procurement teamRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field (Master’s preferred).Professional certifications (MCIPS, APICS, CPP) are a plus.7+ years in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.3+ years in a leadership role managing procurement teams.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Analytical thinking and financial acumen.Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
